Rebecca always treats me like she knows me personally. She never tries to push me into an awkward sales pitch or put me in a vehicle with a safety or mechanical issue. I rent from this location weekly with no problems.
We recently flew into Shaw AFB, SpaceA, from the West coast last Friday with an estimated arrival time of 5:45PM. Within the airplane there were three parties wishing to rent from Enterprise, all with reservations. We were all a bit worried that we would be too late as the office shows a 6:00PM closing time. I talked to Prince, manager on duty, prior to our departure from the West coast and he assured us that if we arrived close to our estimated arrival time that he would meet us at the passenger terminal and drive us to the BX location for renting the car. I called him from the airplane as we landed at 5:45PM. He met the three groups promptly and shortly we were at the Enterprise office. He went beyond his normal work hours as we arrived at the Enterprise office location around 6PM. By 6:30PM all of us were booked and in our rental cars. He even transported one SpaceA traveler to the main gate. The car was fine and we turned our car in the next day. Kudos to Prince for his excellent service. Thanks again.
Was here at posted opening time and place was closed. Came back at pickup time and had to wait around as office was open with no attendant. Ridiculous.
